We did a big DIY reception that included renting 4 tents (Largest 40x70), tables, and chairs from Avalon. Yvonne and her crew were easy to work with. The equipment was in good working condition. It was easy to add or remove items closer to our wedding date. If you don't want the big cost of a place like Aztec, I would definitely recommend Avalon for renting reception supplies. Bride Tip: I didn't rent linens from them but I would highly recommend renting linens vs. buying.

Avalon Event Rentals is amazing. They have great customer service and some of the best condition rental décor in Houston. Their chairs and tents are white not beige and are not beat up. Their linens are clean, pressed and stainless. They show up on time and are very professional. They strive to make every event perfect for their client. We will definitely use them again.

My daughter was celebrating her birthday, and we discovered Avalon Event Rental online. They're customer service is excellent. Prior to the actual event it was necessary to change some items that we ordered. The young lady was extremely helpful in assisting us. It was a pleasant experience doing business with them.
