DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ON RENTAL ORDERS?

No, we do not have a minimum on rentals orders. However, we have a minimum $200 order for rental delivery — otherwise you are welcome to pick up your rentals from our store with the proper vehicle.

DO YOU OFFER SITE VISITS TO HELP DETERMINE WHAT SIZE TENT I NEED?

Yes! We are happy to schedule a site visit to survey your space and answer any questions you may have. A fee of $70 will be charged, but will be credited to your final cost should you book.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

Yes you can make changes to your order. Increasing your rental order is based on availability, and order reduction greater than 25% of the rental amount on the signed agreement is subject to penalties.
