30 to 40+ hours a week. Some weeks are busier more than others, it’s the nature of our business. Busiest Months: March, April, May, June, September, October, November, December.

Willing to work any day of the week, depends on scheduling. All days must be available each week to determine schedule.

Must be able to conduct physical labor, lifting of tables, chairs, tents, etc.

FRONT OFFICE

 includes but not limited to:

  • Create work Schedules and Load sheets for the Warehouse crew each day, every week, keeping in mind to create a cohesive work hour flow for the crew. Logistics Involved. 
  • Responsible for keeping count of accurate inventory on a weekly/monthly basis for an inventory that applies. 
  • Manage the Clock In & Out Times of Crew when they sign in and out
  • Answer Offices Phones 
  • Create Customer Proposals and Email promptly
  • Contact customers immediately regarding any damages or discrepancies 
  • Check ALL Online Orders, create and Email proposal promptly 
  • Attend to Walk-ins Customers and Take Customer appointments
  • Set-up Site visits and Logistics
  • Attend to Pick-up and Return Customers 
  • Keep track of Truck Preventive Maintenance schedules and Oil Changes. Put on the Office Calendar. Inform all parties involved. 
  • Schedule Office Meetings and create Meetings
  • Regular meetings with Management to discuss logistics or issues. 
  • Change Showroom Layout and Design as needed. 
  • Assume the duties of Sales Associate & Warehouse Personnel when unavailable
  • Train Staff/Personnel 
  • Create Profiles for New Employees in the System (Time Clock) 
  • Use discretion to figure out if we need support personnel for warehouse work (cleaning chairs etc)
  • Inform Management of items needed to be bought.   
  • Report all Staff discrepancies and misconduct to management. 
  • Handle weekend issues remotely.

 includes but not limited to:

  • Answer Offices Phones. You are first in line to answer phones.  
  • Create Customer Proposals and Email them promptly
  • Check the online order. Create and email proposal promptly.
  • Contact Office Manager immediately regarding any damages or discrepancies by customers
  • Assist Office Manager in everything
  • In charge of Linens brought back by the Laundry Service. Ensure the returned linen count matches the sent-out linen count. Ensure the Laundry service didn’t damage our linen. Detail every issue appropriately. 
  • In charge of inspecting linens returned by customers.
  • Responsible for keeping count of the Linens on a weekly/monthly basis where applicable.
  • In charge of in-house laundry and sorting
  • List items that need to be bought and email to Office Manager & Management. 
  • Set-up Site visits and Logistics
  • Attend to Pick-up and Return Customers 
  • Report to the Office Manager on a daily basis regarding any questions, logistics issues. 
  • Train Warehouse and Support staff
  • Familiarize yourself with all products and incoming new products owned by the company.
  • Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings, for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
  • Handle weekend issues remotely. 

 includes but not limited to:

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and new products owned by the company
  • Assume all duties of the Sales Associate, where applicable
  • Assist the Sales Associate 
  • In charge of turning around Linens, Sashes, and Chair Pads in time for the next rental.

WAREHOUSE

 includes but not limited to:

  • Must have a Driver’s License
  • Able to drive an Automatic 14’-26’ Straight Truck, able to drive a Standard is a plus. 
  • Available to be on call when there is an emergency with a customer.
  • Load/Unload the trucks for deliveries 
  • Practice proper/safe lifting procedures on sites
  • Client-facing Personnel. Able to address the customer in a professional manner. 
  • Able to give customers proper tutorials on equipment (such as Margarita Machine, Popcorn Machine, Karaoke, Propane Heaters, etc).
  • Able to Set up a Frame, High Peak, Marquee (Pole), and Structure Tent. 
  • Familiarize yourself with how to set- up ALL equipment.  
  • In charge of the Loading sheet and loading the correct amount of equipment on the truck. 
  • In charge of ensuring the count of the equipment is correct when picking up from customers.
  • Ensure the paperwork is correct and properly signed by customers at delivery and pick up. 
  • In charge of reporting any damaged or lost equipment to Office Manager and Management immediately. 
  • Clean tent equipment and other rental equipment for next rental
  • In charge of monitoring Preventive Maintenance of ALL Vehicles (Oil changes and Registration sticker) 
  • In charge of troubleshooting issues with the Box Trucks 
  • Able to do warehouse work to increase work hours for the week
  • Help organize the warehouse 
  • Able to do handy work around the office and warehouse
  • Use initiative 
  • Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings, for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.

 includes but not limited to:

 includes but not limited to:

  • Maintains Inventory and Supplies stored in the Warehouse by Organizing and Restacking them for easy access when needed.
  • Receive Inventory from Customers that are returning rentals and counting the items to make sure it matches the count given to them initially. Responsible for the paperwork associated with it. 
  • Pull out Inventory for Customers that are Picking up rentals and counting the items to make sure the customer is getting the right count of items they paid for. Responsible for the paperwork associated with it.
  • Clean returned inventory from customers in time to turn them around for the next order. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment/office by cleaning surroundings, receiving, storing, and delivering items for easy access, damage control, and limited liability exposure. 
  • In charge of securing warehouse; supervising subcontracted labor staff by logging job activities.  
  • Responsible for keeping count of ALL inventories on a weekly/monthly basis where applicable. 
  • Maintains tools and equipment to ensure safe operating conditions. 
  • Responsible for reporting any damaged rentals received from customers and documenting them appropriately. With clearance inform the customers via email.
  • Able to Install simple component parts, office equipment, and facility components (e.g. lighting, heating and ventilating systems, alarms, plumbing, security, electrical panels, etc.) for the purpose of providing a safe and workable environment. 
  • Able to Perform a wide variety of general and semiskilled maintenance activities (e.g. carpentry, painting, electrical, etc.) for the purpose of completing projects within established time frames
  • Assists crew workers with loading and unloading Box truck as needed (e.g. transporting and/or securing materials, completing specific tasks, etc.) 
  • Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings, for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
  • Prepares written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information. And listing Cleaning and Other supplies to be replaced before they finish 
  • Able to account for Job activities every day. Completed tasks per day should tally with the time allocated 
  • The general overseer of all that concerns the Warehouse.
